By accessing or using Halal Coach ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Halal Coach is an AI-powered communication coaching tool designed to help Muslim men craft respectful, marriage-focused messages. The Service includes message rewriting, conversation analysis, boundary checking, and profile optimization features.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: improving respectful, marriage-intentioned communication. You may not:

  • Use the Service to generate deceptive, manipulative, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures.
  • Use automated tools to access the Service (scraping, bots, etc.).
  • Submit content that violates any applicable laws.
  • Resell or redistribute AI-generated content commercially.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service provides AI-powered suggestions and analysis. These are recommendations only, not professional advice. You are solely responsible for all messages you choose to send. Halal Coach does not guarantee any specific outcomes from using our suggestions.

6. Subscription & Billing

  • Free plans are subject to daily usage limits.
  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are in USD.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and AI models, is the intellectual property of Halal Coach. You retain ownership of any original content you submit. AI-generated suggestions are provided for your personal use.

8. Limitation of Liability

Halal Coach is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
