1. Free Plan
Our Free plan requires no payment and no refund applies. You can use the Free plan indefinitely with daily usage limits.
2. Pro Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your Settings page. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan when the billing period ends.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Within 7 days of first purchase: Full refund, no questions asked. If you're not satisfied with Pro, we'll refund you completely.
- Technical issues: If you experience a service outage or critical bug that prevents you from using Pro features, you are eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.
- Accidental purchase: If you were charged by mistake (e.g., duplicate billing), we will issue a full refund immediately.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Requests made more than 30 days after the charge.
- Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations.
- Partial month usage after the 7-day guarantee period.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@halalcoach.app with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days.
6. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
